Acceptance of the Terms of Service

By using Linguasoft's Web site ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("The Terms of Service"). These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Linguasoft and You ("The Customer") with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all contemporaneous or prior agreements or understandings, oral or in writing, regarding such subject matter. Any such change or discontinuance of any provision will legally bind the Customer from the time Linguasoft publishes notice of the change on Linguasoft Web sites. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the Customer is up to date on the most current version of the Terms of Service agreement.

Linguasoft reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Linguasoft shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any discontinuance, suspension or alteration of the Service.

Customer's Lawful Use

The Customer agrees to use the Service as permitted by applicable laws, including, without limitation, local, provincial, state, and national, international or any other laws. The Customer agrees that the Customer may NOT use The Service to conduct or solicit any business or activity that is prohibited by law.

No Resale of Service

You agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce, trade, sell, resell, exploit, for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Competent Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
